Supermoon

Super moon under the Golden Gate, courtesy of my sister, Mary Jo.
The moon holds a mystical place in the folklore of the history of human culture, and so it's no wonder that many myths have been built up regarding its' supposed effects  upon us. ( i.e. were-wolves)  "It must be a full moon," is a phrase heard  whenever crazy things happen and is said to be commonly muttered by late-night cops, psychiatry staff, and emergency room personnel.
Irregardless of folklore,  it is a fact that we as humans contain 72% water.  And for nine months before we are born, we are literally nurtured and surrounded by water.  So, could the moon have an effect on us?  One can only wonder. . .
'What is man, but a mass of thawing clay.' -Henry David Thoreau

There is no evidence of humans containing chlorophyll, but you cannot convince me of this.  I have observed heightened lucidity and overall mood elevations in myself and others when the sun comes out.  For those of us who are effected by the sun, keep your light lamps, your vitamin D, and even your wheat grass nearby, because we are in for a bumpy ride before we reach our chlorophyll saturation peak.
